My friend has an Airbnb; so I have created an instruction sheet (pdf) file. Complete with Wi-Fi password, trash days, fire extinguisher locations, emergency contact information etc.
I put this instruction sheet (pdf) on my webserver, as well as in Acrylic displays (below) along with a QR code that points to this pdf file… The benefit is the file can be changed remotely and added value to the Airbnb guest. The guest(s) can copy and paste the (difficult) Wi-Fi password into their e-Devices. A win-win for sure
